Refund Policy

Our commitment is to ensure editorial quality, combined with the satisfaction of our authors. However, we understand that there may be situations where a publication fee refund may be necessary. Therefore, we have established the following guidelines for processing refunds:

1. Refund Request: The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days after the fee payment. The request must be sent by email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request".

2. Refund Criteria: The refund will be evaluated based on the nature and circumstances that justify the request. Please note that, as our service is digital and intangible, refunds are granted only in exceptional situations.

3. Refund Processing: If the refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
   - PayPal: If payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to the same PayPal account used (the refund will be made according to PayPal's policy through a credit card chargeback).
   - Banco do Brasil (PIX): If payment was made via PIX, the refund will be made to the same bank account from which the payment originated.

4. Refund Timeframe: After approval, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions: Refunds will not be granted in cases where the service has already been fully provided (i.e., where the article has already been published), except in situations of proven error in service delivery.
